Whether you’re returning to sport, adapting your activities because of health challenges, or simply looking to meet new people, Active & Social offers a friendly place to enjoy yourself.
No previous golf or darts experience is needed. All equipment is provided, and activities can be adapted to suit different abilities.

Birdies | 5:00 - 6:00 PM
Perfect for junior golfers developing their fundamentals. These sessions focus on building solid technique, confidence, and a love for the game through structured coaching and fun practice challenges.
Eagles | 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Designed for intermediate to advanced juniors who are ready to take their game to the next level. Sessions focus on scoring skills, course strategy, and performance training to help players progress onto the golf course and competitive play.
Ladies Night | 7:00 – 8:00 PM
A welcoming and social coaching session exclusively for women. Whether you’re new to golf or looking to refine your skills, this relaxed group environment combines professional coaching with plenty of laughs along the way.
All sessions take place at Flight & Green using our indoor golf simulator and practice facilities.
Spaces are limited — advance booking recommended.
